Q: can live plants be shipped to my location?

A: Live plants are a No Ship item, local pick up only at this time

 

Q: my plant came with bugs, what do I do?

A: It is unavoidable that houseplants often host unwanted guests. And although I do my very best to rid the plants of critters before going to their new homes, some bugs require prolonged treatment to rid your plant of them. Use a pesticide safe for homes on the leaves and dirt of your plant, twice weekly for 4 weeks. 

Q: How can I select local pickup when checking out my cart?

A: When checking out you will find a "ship to" section at the top of the page. To the far right you will see the selection "change". Click to change "ship to" to "pick up". 

Q: to where do you ship?

A: anywhere in Canada with a verifiable postal code

Q: do you ship internationally?

A: we do not offer shipping outside of Canada

Q: how do I track my order?

A: parcels are shipped via Canada Post. A tracking number, if available, is sent with order confirmation
